Flat-Coated Retrievers are a passion at Windfall, and we are dedicated to continuing their working heritage without sacrificing temperament, health or conformation. Our cattle are Irish Dexters, a unique heritage breed we are likewise committed to preserving.

Because we are grateful for what the land gives us, we sell beef from our natural, humanely and sustainably raised cattle. The meat is lean, and the delicious taste is typical of range-fed animals.
